On a positive note, Ethen's test scores came back from the "gifted & talented" test he recently took. They were high just as we thought. He tested positive for gifted and talented! Of course we knew that, but we have had some trouble convincing his teachers. Ethen said "Did I get all the answers right?" I'm not sure if there is right or wrong on those tests. Of course we are so proud of Ethen no matter what the test results were, but we are happy that maybe he will have more of a challenge at school instead of being bored. Good job Ethen we love you!

What is sleep?
Where is summer?! I think all this undecided weather is the cause for all the sickness that is going around. Kendall and I both have pretty nasty colds, and Kendall was up screaming again about her ears. She just finished her 2nd round of antibiotics 2 days ago for an ear infection. We missed church today so that we could take her into the urgent care, and sure enough she's got another ear infection. This is the 3rd in just a few weeks. I'm starting to wonder if her other infections ever really go away, but all those antibiotics can not be good for her system. They said if this doesn't work she will either need a strong IV full of antibiotics to clear the infection, or if it clears, and she keeps getting them she will need tubes. I prefer the tubes to all those antibiotics. UGH poor girl!

That is so awesome about Ethan! Does his school offer any kind of special classes or programs for kids like him, you know, the smartest ones? ;)
I hope you get feeling better soon, especially poor little Kendall! I've heard from others who have kids with frequent ear infections, that once the tubes are in, problem solved.
