BLIZZARD MARCH 2009

Our Colorado winter was pretty weak this year, but our recent snow storm made up for that.  It was nothing compared with the 36 inches we got a few years ago in one snowstorm, but 15 inches of snow in our area is pretty significant.  Thankfully we were all safely hunkered down in our nice warm home.  Erik's office closed down for 2 days so he was able to enjoy the snow with us.

Kendall and Mia had a blast playing out in the backyard while Ethen was across the street helping his grandma shovel the sidewalk and driveway.  The good thing about Spring snowstorms is the snow melts quickly once the tempuratures go back to normal.  We know the snow is not going to be on the ground for too much longer.

Wow...that is a ton of snow! But that is the nice thing about Denver. It melts almost as fast as it comes. I'm glad you guys got at least one good snow storm.

I hear you. We're getting dumped on right now - probably about 8 inches just since we got home from church, and it's still falling...

Cute pics of the kids enjoying the snow, though! :)
